I have a passion for science and often call myself a "science geek," but I really enjoy tutoring a variety of subjects. I attended both St. John's College and the University of Maryland, and I took a very wide variety of courses. While I majored in liberal arts and humanities, I also realized that I have a passion for science and math when I participated in a program called Great Books at St. John's. I am now interested in earning a degree in Physics. I strive to help students both understand and grow a love for all subjects I tutor. I can tutor math courses ranging from arithmetic and middle school math to calculus 1. I can also tutor American history, world history, biology, physics, social studies, English, American literature, literature, macroeconomics, philosophy, world civilization, and many other subjects. I also like to help students prepare for the SAT and other tests. When not tutoring, I love to read, play croquet, and play soccer.
